A new Christian Fiction Scavenger Hunt begins this Thursday, October 25, at noon MDT. If you did this last spring, you know you are in for a good time.
Thirty-one authors, including several WoP authors, are participating in this fall hunt (that's a collage of the covers at right). Collect the clues from all 31 posts and leave a comment on each one, and you'll be entered in the drawing to win a Kindle Fire and the 31 new releases from the authors. The contest is open to readers everywhere. (My book that will be in the drawing, Betrayal, is an RT Top Pick for November!)
Lucky me! I'm hosting a post from Liz Curtis Higgs about her delightful new Christmas novella. I read and endorsed it. You'll want to read it too.
As part of the hunt, I'll be doing a bonus drawing on my Write Thinking blog. One lucky reader will win an autographed set of the entire Where the Heart Lives series (Belonging, Betrayal, and Beloved), and four readers will each win a copy of Belonging. (Sorry. Due to shipping costs, my bonus contest is open only to US addresses.)
So be sure to go to the starting place at noon or after on Thursday, October 25th, and start playing. It's fun and easy.
Oh, one more thing. Just in case you didn't see it on my Facebook Page, I want to share the wonderful cover Zondervan has designed for Beloved, the third and final book in the Where the Heart Lives series (see below). Actually, I'll share it as part of the whole because all three covers are spectacular, IMHO.

Love the covers of your new series Robin. Can't wait to read "Betrayal" and "Beloved". I really enjoyed "Belonging".
ReplyDeleteJust a quick note as I head out to work: Today is my late husband's birthday, so I really covet your prayers. It has been 10 years since he as passed, but can you believe I still miss him? The fall was our time of the year to celebrate with going up to the mountains of Pennsylvania to see the fall foliage for his birhtday. So I ask that you all pray for me today that I will keep focused on the good times and be at peace. Thank y'all in advance
Love, Veronica
Robin I think the covers on your book are excellent. I need to find somewhere in Aus that has all three of your books and hopefully that will happen sooner rather than later!I would love to read them.
ReplyDeleteThe competition sounds intriguing so roll on Oct 25th!
Robin! May I ask that prayers are offered up for the victims of the bus crash in Arizona, remembering the tragic loss of the bus driver, the injuries sustained by my fellow Australians and our American friends. May I also ask that we remember their respective families.
I was devastated to hear about the accident and my heart goes out to everyone involved.
Veronica! Praying for you my friend.
Take care and know we love you.
Rosie
Veronica, I'm holding you close in prayer today, sweet friend. Wish we were all closer and that we could come and whisk you away for a day of girl time––eating somewhere fun, watching a movie (talking back to it the entire time, of course), and spending some time in prayer, thanking God for his earthly gifts and for "the best that's still yet to come." Oh, what awaits us! Love you, friend.
ReplyDeleteRosie, I'm joining you in prayer too for the victims of that accident.
Robin, great cover! Yet again, lady! Wonderful all around!
Veronica, thanks so much for entrusting us with your prayer request. I'm asking God for the memories to lift your spirits and to fill you with anticipation for the day you will see your husband again.
ReplyDeleteRosie, joining you in prayer for those involved in the bus crash. May God pour out His mercy in abundance.
Beautiful covers, Robin! And congratulations on being a November RT Top Pick--WOW! ~ Rosie, praying for those victims...so sad... ~ Veronica, have just gotten on my computer (mid-afternoon) due to Vet appt. and errands, but please know I am praying for you, and will continue. May our loving God wrap His arms of comfort around you, precious friend. And ditto Tammy's comment about having a day of girl time--what a fun thought! Love, Patti Jo
ReplyDeleteI loved the previous scavenger hunt and am very excited about this one! Thank you so much for taking time to connect with your readers. I am so blessed by your books!
ReplyDeleteThanks ladies for your prayers, I appreciate your thoughfulness and kindness more than you'll ever know. I know that I was able to have a peaceful day because you all were lifting me in prayer.
ReplyDeleteI owe you big time, how about when we have that "Girl's Time" I bring the Fudge Brownies and I make you all Brownie sundaes! :-) But seriously thank you, thank you your friendship is priceless to me.
P.S. Rosie I am praying for those tourists as well and the family of the bus driver.
